This element of our service is aimed at small companies and start-up businesses who do not have their own internal HR resource.

Writing and updating Employee or Company Handbooks

Providing a set of standard employee forms and letters

Preparation of specific employee documentation or letters

Developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures

Providing advice on employee benefits, compensation, bonus systems, payroll and HR systems

HR ‘Help-Line’ to discuss any HR related issues and obtain advice

 

A general ‘HR Health Check’ which involves a review of the HR documentation and practices currently in place in your business, and providing recommendations for any changes or improvements required
