About ClearView HR

Alison Proffitt, the principal consultant with ClearView HR has over 20 years' experience working as a Human Resources professional, initially with Bhs and Smith & Nephew, and than as a HR Business Partner with global pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), based at their Research & Development site in Harlow, Essex.

Alison's role involved designing and implementing HR strategies and solutions in large, fast-moving multi-national Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies. She has led large-scale organisational changes and restructuring activities and worked with many employees and managers who faced redundancy.

Alison has a BSc (Hons) in Biology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD) and has capabilities in leadership and team development, culture and change management, coaching, talent management, organisational design and development, compensation and reward and employee relations.

Alison is qualified to use a number of profiling and team building tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), 360 degree feedback, Belbin and Strengthsfinder. Alison is an experienced facilitator, trainer and coach.
